Ignitis Group receives Baa1 credit rating from Moody's
AB "Ignitis grupė" (hereinafter – the Group) informs that the international credit rating agency Moody's Ratings (hereinafter – Moody’s) has assigned an inaugural a Baa1 long-term rating to the Group, with a stable outlook (link).
The assignment of the Baa1 rating marks the successful completion of the Group's inaugural rating process with Moody's. The Moody’s rating complements the Group's existing BBB+ credit rating with a stable outlook from S&P Global Ratings, which was reaffirmed following the agency’s annual review on 28 July 2026 (link).
The two investment-grade credit ratings further strengthen the Group's financing strategy, enhancing funding flexibility, supporting diversified access to capital and reinforcing its ability to efficiently finance long-term investment programme.
The Group remains committed to maintaining a solid investment-grade credit rating over the 2026–2029 period (link).
