HiringThing and Nationwide Screening Services Partner to Simplify Background Screening

Integration Brings PBSA-Accredited Background Checks, Drug Testing, and Occupational Health Screening Into HiringThing's White-Label ATS

NOKOMIS, Fla., Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- HiringThing, the leader in white-label recruiting, today announced a new integration with Nationwide Screening Services (NSS), a PBSA-accredited provider of background screening and occupational health services. The integration lets HiringThing partners and their clients order screening from NSS within the applicant tracking system (ATS), keeping one of the final steps before an offer connected to the hiring workflow.

Employers with an NSS account can connect it to HiringThing and order screening packages for applicants directly from the ATS. Employers new to NSS can get started through the HiringThing integration marketplace.

"Every employer's screening needs look a little different, and many want a partner who will pick up the phone and help them get it right," said Colette Luke, VP of Product at HiringThing. "Nationwide Screening Services pairs a broad range of screening and occupational health services with hands-on, U.S.-based support. It's a strong addition to the options our partners can offer their clients under their own brand."

Since 2008, Nationwide Screening Services has helped more than 600 clients make informed, confident hiring decisions. Its services include comprehensive background checks, drug and alcohol screening, employment and education verifications, motor vehicle records, identity verification, and customized screening programs, backed by certified investigators, FCRA-trained staff, and responsive U.S.-based support. NSS offers flexible terms with no setup fees, monthly minimums, or long-term contracts.

"Our clients count on us for accurate results and a real person when they need help," said Lorenzo Pugliano, Founder and CEO of Nationwide Screening Services. "Integrating with HiringThing brings that same experience into the hiring workflow, so employers can move from applicant to screening without switching systems."

Nationwide Screening Services is available now in the HiringThing integration marketplace.

This integration underscores HiringThing's ongoing mission to deliver Hiring Happiness® through strategic partnerships and customizable technology that adapts to partners' needs.
