Before joining Hilliard Lyons, Raymond served as the Vice President of Learning and Development for Ameriprise Financial. He also spent 15 years leading training sessions, professional development, and organizational change management at RBC Wealth Management.
Throughout his career, Raymond has been very active with the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), where he served on the Securities Continuing Education Committee. The committee built programs and resources to support securities and financial firms as they developed and managed their continuing education programs. In addition, he spoke at SIFMA’s Private Client Conference as part of a panel discussing the next generation Financial Advisor.
