VANCOUVER, BC -- (Marketwired) -- 06/22/15 -- Great Quest Fertilizer Ltd (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: GQ) (FRANKFURT: GQM) announces that its shareholders approved all of the motions presented at its 2015 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on June 19, 2015.
The following have been re-elected as the directors of the Company: John Clarke (Chairman), Jed Richardson (CEO), Ehud Levy, Gordon Peeling and David Shaw.
