Gen Re’s Andrew Flitcroft Promoted

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Gen Re is pleased to announce that Andrew Flitcroft will assume the role of Managing Director of General Reinsurance Australia and Regional Treaty Manager for the Asia Pacific region, effective July 31. He will take over for Pietro Toffanello who has taken on new leadership responsibilities at Faraday, the group’s UK facility.

Andrew joined Gen Re in 1996 and has contributed in various leadership roles in both facultative and treaty. Andrew currently serves as Deputy Property/Casualty Regional Manager and will continue to serve in that role through the end of July.
