Gameloft's management has learnt through the suspension of trading of its shares that Vivendi has filed today a hostile takeover bid on 100% of the company's share capital.
A meeting of the Board of Directors has been convened for next week.
The company will publish a statement after the meeting of the Board. Until then no further comments will be made regarding this unsolicited bid.
