Fitch Withdraws Ratings on RadioShack

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has affirmed and withdrawn the 'D' Long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) on RadioShack Corporation (RadioShack). Fitch has also affirmed and withdrawn the 'CCC-/RR2' rating on RadioShack's $250 million secured term loan and the 'C/RR6' rating on the company's senior unsecured notes.

These actions follow RadioShack's Chapter 11 filing on Feb. 5, 2015. Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for RadioShack.
