Fitch Withdraws Rating on Houston, TX CP Notes Series E-1

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings withdraws the 'F1+' rating on the following notes:

-- Houston (TX) general obligation commercial paper notes series E-1.

The rating withdrawal is in connection with a substitution of the standby bond purchase agreement that previously supported the notes. Fitch was not asked to provide a rating on any replacement facility.
