Fitch Replaces Rating Process Documents

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has updated its special report 'The Ratings Process' (March 30, 2015) describing its credit rating process, criteria development and model management. This report is intended to increase investors' understanding of how Fitch rates corporate and structured finance entities.

Fitch has also withdrawn its 'Criteria for Reviewing Unique or Complex Transactions' (Aug. 14, 2014) and 'Managing and Developing Criteria and Models' (Jan. 30, 2015). These documents will be maintained as internal procedures going forward.
