NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has published its Fiscal 2014 Median Ratios for U.S. Public Colleges and Universities.

'State appropriation levels largely improved in fiscal 2014, while tuition and fee increases were tempered. Median operating results remained slim but balanced, while debt leverage and balance sheet resources were largely stable', said Joanne Ferrigan, Senior Director.
