Finch AI Receives CMMC Level 2 Certification
"This is a reflection of our sincere commitment to security and the most stringent protections of informational assets – both ours and our customers'," Finch AI Chief Executive Officer
The CMMC framework is a Department of Defense (DoD / Department of War) framework designed to verify that Defense Industrial Base (DIB) contractors and subcontractors properly safeguard sensitive government information. It is designed specifically for contractors and suppliers who handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and requires full implementation of 110 security practices and requirements from the National Institutes of Standards & Technology (NIST) SP 800-171, which spans 14 control families.
By achieving a Level 2 certification, Finch AI becomes one of only a small subset of federal government contractors to achieve this level of certification.
