Exelon Corporation Declares Dividend

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Exelon Corporation declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.318 per share on Exelon’s common stock. The dividend is payable on Sept. 9, 2016, to shareholders of record of Exelon as of 5 p.m. New York time on Aug. 15, 2016.
