Thirty years later, in 2026, the practice operates four locations across Northern California, serving patients in Sacramento, Rocklin, El Dorado Hills, and Fair Oaks.
Dr. Reginald Rice holds double board certification in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery and otolaryngology (head and neck surgery), is a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and has treated more than 12,000 patients over more than 25 years of practice. Esthetics Center is also a founding partner of Alpha Aesthetics Partners, a national medical aesthetics platform.
Three Decades of Growth
Since 1996, the clinical team has expanded from Dr. Rice's original solo practice to include fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon Dr. Megan Vincze, cosmetic nurse injectors, physician assistants, and aesthetic nurse practitioners. The practice now offers facial plastic surgery, non-surgical injectables, skin rejuvenation, and laser treatment for spider and vascular veins across its four Northern California locations.
