EMC Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

HOPKINTON, Mass., Feb. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.115 per common share. The dividend will be payable on April 22, 2016 to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2016.
