Donaldson Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend of 21.0 cents per share, payable December 27, 2019, to shareholders of record on December 10, 2019. The Company has paid a cash dividend every quarter for 64 years, and Donaldson Company is a member of the S&P High-Yield Dividend Aristocrats Index after increasing the dividend annually for more than 20 years.
