Creating a Resource for Banking, Loan, and Credit Information

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Utah Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) launched a redesigned website to help put financial information in the hands of institutions and consumers. The DFI primarily charters and regulates businesses providing financial services to the residents of Utah. The new website is full of useful financial information.

“The site helps us fulfill our mission to provide quality banking information for the residents of Utah," said Ed Leary, Commissioner Utah Department of Financial Institutions. "Utahns may find useful help on everything from home and auto loans to credit reports and fraud.”

In addition to consumer information, the site is the official state resource for financial institutions. Financial services professionals will find up-to-date information on applications, regulations, legislation, contacts, news and policies.
