Delta Reports Operating Performance for October 2017

ATLANTA, Nov. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) today reported operating performance for October 2017. The company carried 16.2 million passengers across our broad global network in the month.

Monthly highlights include:

  • Launching service of the flagship Airbus A350-900 between Detroit and Tokyo-Narita, featuring the award-winning Delta One Suite, the new Delta Premium Select cabin, and an enhanced Main Cabin experience;
  • Introducing automatic check-in functionality for Fly Delta app users to streamline the check-in experience for customers; and
  • Completing the 13th annual Breast Cancer One employee survivor flight to raise funds and awareness for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Since 2005, Delta has raised over $13 million for breast cancer research.
