Pursuant to section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act it is hereby announced that Capital Group Companies Inc. on 14 March 2019 has informed DSV that Capital Group Companies Inc. has increased its holding of shares in DSV A/S to 9,475,136 shares, corresponding to 5.04% of the entire share capital and voting rights.
