CrownPoint Partners Continues Florida Expansion with Numerous 2026 Closings

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CrownPoint Partners continues to expand its presence across Florida, completing numerous transactions throughout 2026 on behalf of repeat and new clients. Recent closings, spanning net lease, retail and healthcare assets, demonstrate the brokerage's ability to execute transactions with a range of investment strategies throughout the state

Among the recent closings, CrownPoint completed two separate Wendy's transactions in Jacksonville, within 90 days of each other.  Crown Point represented both the Buyer and Seller in each sale, both of which were repeat clients The first was an off-market transaction involving a Wendy's subject to an absolute net lease with approximately 12 years remaining and operated by Meritage Hospitality Group. The property is positioned as an outparcel to Oakleaf Town Center, anchored by Target and The Home Depot. CrownPoint represented repeat clients on both sides of the transaction.

The second transaction was a location they recently shut down operations at. CrownPoint again represented both the Buyer and Seller. The Florida-based Buyer is a repeat CrownPoint client and a well renowned developer in the Southeast market.  These transactions highlight the brokerage's ability to identify opportunities across both stabilized net lease and value-add real estate.

CrownPoint also represented a repeat West Coast-based private investor in the acquisition of a newly constructed Take 5 Oil Change in Panama City Beach. The transaction successfully completed the Buyer's 1031 exchange and closed just four days after the property's grand opening. The asset is subject to a 20-year corporate-backed ground lease with 10% rental increases every five years.

On Florida's Space Coast, CrownPoint represented the Seller in the disposition of MSH Dental in Merritt Island, a unique multi-tenant medical property with a master lease from a national dental service organization. CrownPoint procured multiple offers and completed the transaction within 60 days. The Seller was also a repeat CrownPoint client.
