Constellation Software Inc. Announces Annual General Meeting

TORONTO, Feb. 28, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation” or the “Company”) (TSX: CSU) annual general meeting of shareholders (“AGM”) will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 8:30 a.m., at The Carlu, 444 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M5B 2H4. 

Similar to the AGM’s of prior years, most of the Constellation senior management team will be in attendance, and will be available to answer questions. 

While we will answer some questions from the floor, shareholders will also have the opportunity to pose questions in advance.

We’ve asked a hedge fund manager, a venture capitalist and one of our board members (Larry Cunningham) to curate the shareholder questions received in advance. They’ll try to organize the questions thematically and consolidate them, and then pose them at the AGM to the CSI manager(s) of their choice.

The Company will not be organizing any separate shareholder meetings with individual managers this year at the AGM.
