Constellation Hotels Acquires Paddy McKillen Interest in Maybourne Group

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Constellation Hotels Group (a privately owned group) and Paddy McKillen are delighted to announce that Constellation has also acquired the 36% equity interest held by Paddy McKillen in the Maybourne Group (owner and operator of the Claridges, Connaught and Berkeley Hotels). According to an agreement between them, Paddy McKillen will continue to lead, direct and develop these assets.

Furthermore, Colony Capital will continue to assist the group in suitable growth opportunities.
