TYSONS CORNER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- In recognition of outstanding performance and achievement of goals and significant contributions to the success of the Retail Banking Division, Cardinal Bank (NASDAQ: CFNL) is pleased to announce the recent promotions of the following Banking Office Managers. In their roles as branch managers, they will continue to oversee the day-to-day sales, services and operations of their respective banking offices.
Aurelia M. Dinoso, Reston Metro Banking Office (Virginia), has been promoted to Vice President;
Valentino “Andy” Williams, Rockville Banking Office (Maryland), has been promoted to Assistant Vice President;
