Buck Appoints Roderick Bernstein as General Counsel

NEW YORK, Sept. 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Buck, an integrated HR consulting, benefits administration and technology services firm, today announced that Roderick Bernstein joins Buck as General Counsel.

Bernstein is a proven legal executive and business leader with expertise in business growth strategies, corporate governance and complex services transactions. He is known as a legal innovator in the fields of financial services technology and outsourcing.

Most recently, Bernstein served as Director in Accenture's Legal Group, where he focused on outsourcing and technology transactions and oversaw the legal development of emerging offerings in the financial services sector.  Bernstein joined Accenture following its acquisition of Zenta, a provider of financial services outsourcing and technology consulting in the United States, where he  served as General Counsel.  Bernstein managed all aspects of Zenta's legal function which had oversight of the company's total employee base of 4,200 professionals worldwide, across multiple lines of business.
