ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Brokurz, the AI Operating System for Real Estate, today announced the acquisition of MLS Ingest, a real estate technology company that connects, ingests, normalizes, structures, and delivers MLS property data for modern search, software, and AI applications.

The acquisition advances Brokurz's strategy to control more of the foundational infrastructure powering modern real estate technology. Brokurz is building a connected operating system spanning transactions, compliance, CRM, commissions, accounting, recruiting, websites, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence. MLS Ingest adds another critical layer: the property data underlying the real estate market.

MLS data remains one of real estate technology's most fragmented infrastructure challenges. MLS Ingest was built to connect disparate MLS sources, normalize their data, structure it into consistent formats, and make it usable across modern applications.
