Rapid Growth in Connected TV/OTT Landscape Leads to Senior Staff Expansion
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The leader in IP-delivered interactive video ads announced today that they promoted Manny Berrios, EVP of Technology to Chief Technology Officer. Berrios' focus is to further fortify BrightLine's rapidly expanding technology platform InCast – Interactive Content Ad Stream Technology platform – for the massive scale the company sees moving its way, as heavy consumer adoption of connected television, and the overall migration toward streamed video continues. He succeeds BrightLine's CTO, Keith Gelles, the original architect of the platform that drove BrightLine's fundamental pivot to IP-delivered interactive video platform in 2014.
Manny Berrios brings more than 20 years of online technology experience to BrightLine, with a strong emphasis on advanced distributed computing methodologies, high volume infrastructures, enterprise security, big data management and online media advertising industries. Before he joined the company, he was the Chief Technology Officer of MediaBrix, a mobile ad company where he led the overarching technology strategy, architectural design, and product implementation. Prior to MediaBrix he Co-founded and was the Chief Technology Evangelist at WeWin, where he helped online retailers take advantage of advancements in social shopping. Throughout his career, Mr. Berrios has held the following positions; Chief Technology Officer for Adgregate Markets E-com AD Tech vender, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at AdFast Media LLC Ad Tech GRID Computing provider, Chief Technology Officer of Palisades Holdings, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of InTRUST Technologies and Chief Technology Officer UGO Networks Inc.
