Brian Levine joins Control Risks as Partner, Americas Incident Response

LONDON, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Control Risks, the global strategic intelligence and security firm, today announces that Brian Levine has joined as a Partner, leading the Americas Incident Response business.

Americas Incident Response supports organizations in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from cyber incidents and related crises. It forms part of Control Risks' global incident response capability, which ranges from cyber incident response to comprehensive crisis management.

Levine brings more than 25 years of experience working at the intersection of law, cybersecurity, privacy and AI, advising organizations navigating high-stakes incidents, regulatory scrutiny and emerging technology risks. Clients engage him for his 360-degree view of how convergent risks affect governments and businesses, drawn from expertise gained in federal prosecution, regulatory enforcement, civil litigation, global consulting and entrepreneurship.

Most recently, Levine co-led a 50-person cybersecurity and privacy team at EY-Parthenon. Before that, he spent seven years with the US Department of Justice as a cybercrime prosecutor and National Coordinator for all 300 federal cybercrime prosecutors across the United States. He has also served as a commercial and technology litigator for AmLaw 100 firms, and has led more than 500 risk assessments, regularly presenting his findings to General Counsel, CISOs, CIOs, C-suite, and boards.
