NEW YORK, March 21, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Borderfree, Inc. (Nasdaq: BRDR) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "BRDR" on Friday, March 21, 2014. In addition, Borderfree has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
Credit Suisse and RBC Capital Markets, serve as joint book-running managers for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities, Canaccord Genuity, William Blair, and Needham & Company are co-managers for the offering.
