Notices of Annual General Meetings (“AGMs”)

Included in the AFR are the notices of the Company’s and Fund’s AGMs to be held at The Royal Automobile Club, 89 Pall Mall, St James’s, London SW1Y 5HS on Thursday, 13 June 2019 at 11.30 a.m. onwards.  All shareholders and their authorised representatives are asked to note that both the date and venue of the AGMs have changed from those specified in the AFR and in the notices announced via a regulatory information service on 12 April 2019.
