Anglo Pacific Group PLC Retirement of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Anglo Pacific Group PLC (the "Company") confirms that Mr Anthony Yadgaroff has retired from his role as Non-Executive Director of the Company as previously announced in the 2015 Annual Report and Accounts and as communicated to shareholders at the AGM on April 30, 2015.
