With respect to the AllianceBernstein Income Fund, the distribution rate is $0.03189, which represents a decrease of $0.00266 from the $0.03455 per share previously paid by the Fund.

With respect to the Alliance California Municipal Income Fund, the distribution rate is $0.05839, which represents a decrease of $0.00431 from the $0.0627 per share previously paid by the Fund.

With respect to the AllianceBernstein National Municipal Income Fund, the distribution rate is $0.06238, which represents a decrease of $0.00352 from the $0.0659 per share previously paid by the Fund.

The decreases are intended to align the Funds' monthly distributions with their respective current and projected earnings power.
