BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AAC Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAC) issued the following statement on recent insider filings.
Recent Form 4 filings by Chairman and CEO Michael Cartwright for 10,000 shares and Lead Director Darrell S. Freeman for 2,166 shares are related to charitable giving by each individual. The Form 4 filing for Director Lucius E. Burch III for 6,110 shares is related to tax and family estate planning. Collectively, the Board of Directors and executive officers of AAC own approximately 60% of the Company’s outstanding shares.
