OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- A.M. Best has withdrawn the financial strength rating of B (Fair) and the issuer credit rating of “bb+” of Safeway Property Insurance Company (Safeway Property) (Westmont, IL).
The rating actions follow the close of Florida Specialty Holdings LLC’s acquisition of Safeway Property and the uncertainty of the strategic plan the new ownership, as well as the conclusion of A.M. Best’s review.
