OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- A.M. Best has withdrawn the financial strength rating of A++ (Superior) and the issuer credit rating of “aa+” of Faraday Reinsurance Co. Limited (FRE) (London, England). Effective Dec. 15, 2015, FRE was dissolved, with the company’s assets and liabilities merged into subsidiaries of General Reinsurance Corporation.
