3M Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of 3M (NYSE: MMM) today declared a dividend on the company’s common stock of $1.025 per share for the second quarter of 2015, payable June 12, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 22, 2015. 3M has paid dividends to its shareholders without interruption for 98 years.

As of March 31, 2015, 3M had 634,340,975 common shares outstanding and 86,847 shareholders of record.
