WATERBURY, Conn., Oct. 30, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Webster Financial Corporation (NYSE: WBS), the holding company for Webster Bank, N.A. and its HSA Bank division, announced today that it has lowered its prime lending rate to 4.75 percent from 5.00 percent effective tomorrow, October 31, 2019.
