TXO accelerates growth strategy with acquisition of Wesbell Communications

CHEPSTOW, Wales, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- TXO, a global leader in end-to-end sustainable technology lifecycle solutions, has acquired Wesbell Communications for an undisclosed sum.

Wesbell, a leading technology solutions provider, supports Tier 1 telecoms operators, hyperscalers and data center customers with network and engineering services, managed services, asset recovery, and third-party maintenance.

The acquisition forms part of TXO's transformational growth strategy, combining organic growth with targeted acquisitions of innovative technology-led businesses. This deal brings together Wesbell's established Tier 1 customer relationships, solutions capability, and additional processing capacity with TXO's global reach, expanding the range and scale of services available to customers worldwide.
