Dr. Sam Rizk Introduces a New Approach to Tissue Entry and Fixation—Without Traditional "Cabling" Sutures

Rather than relying on traditional cable-like suture configurations, Dr. Rizk's technique modifies the entry point into the deep plane and uses non-cable suturing to secure repositioned tissues. According to Dr. Rizk, this may help address one of the challenges of maintaining a facelift over time: sutures that can stretch with facial movement and gradually release the tissues they are intended to hold.
