Questco Names Heather Gould as Chief Growth Officer

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Questco, a nationally recognized Professional Employer Organization (PEO), and LightBay Capital portfolio company, announced today that Heather Gould has joined the company as Chief Growth Officer. In this role, Gould will lead Questco's growth strategy, including expansion into existing and new markets, go-to-market alignment across sales, marketing, and products, and the company's mergers and acquisitions strategy.

Gould brings more than 15 years of PEO industry experience scaling revenue teams and driving market expansion. Prior to joining Questco, Gould served as Chief Strategy Officer at BBSI and most recently served as Executive Vice President – Strategy, Growth and Transformation at Resourcing Edge.

The appointment coincides with a planned leadership transition: Jason Randall, who has led Questco's growth function since 2018, will transition to a Strategic Advisor role. He will continue to serve on the company's Board of Directors, focusing on Questco's go-to-market priorities. During his management tenure, Randall played a central role in growing the company's footprint and scale while helping shape a client-centered approach to growth as Questco scaled.
