Seasoned healthcare recruitment leader will help advance recruiter performance and practical technology integration

In this expanded leadership role, May will help guide the company's recruitment organization while leading the responsible integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning and emerging automation tools into Prime Staffing's recruiting and operational processes.

May brings extensive experience in healthcare recruitment, team leadership and recruitment management. As Senior Recruitment Director, he will focus on recruiter development, candidate engagement, operational performance and the continued expansion of Prime Staffing's healthcare talent network.

As Chief of AI Integration, May will work across Prime Staffing's leadership, recruitment and technology functions to identify practical uses of AI and automation throughout the staffing lifecycle. The initiative will focus on improving efficiency, strengthening candidate matching and engagement, reducing repetitive administrative work and giving recruiters more time to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
