GALLIPOLIS, Ohio, May 17, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- On Wednesday, May 17, Ohio Valley Banc Corp. [Nasdaq: OVBC] Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.15 per common share payable on June 10, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 1, 2023.
