PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- LAGOS, the fine jewelry brand known for its signature Caviar designs, today announced that Keith Rolfe, who currently serves as CFO and COO, has been appointed president and CEO, effective immediately. As CEO, Rolfe will assume responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the company, guiding LAGOS through its next phase of growth and organizational development.

Steven Lagos will continue to serve as executive chairman, creative director and innovation officer, remaining focused on the creative vision of the brand, product innovation, design leadership, and stewardship of the LAGOS heritage.
