Driven by continuous demand for compact components that deliver highly repeatable RF performance in critical high-frequency circuitry, the field-proven KGU Series now offers a robust suite of RF advantages in five miniature and ultraminiature EIA chip sizes: 01005, 0201, 0402, 0603, and 0805. • Ultra-Stable Dielectrics: Extremely stable Class I C0G (NP0) ceramic dielectrics exhibit a temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) of 0±30ppm/°C and virtually zero voltage coefficient.

The newly expanded range of KGU Series RF MLCCs is rated for 6.3–250V, 0.1–100pF with tolerances as low as ±0.05pF, and operating temperatures extending from -55°C to +125°C.
