Aria Care Partners Acquires Precision Mobile Care of Utah

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Aria Care Partners, a leading provider to skilled nursing facilities (SNF) of dental, vision, audiology, and podiatry services as well as insurance solutions for residents, announced that it has acquired Precision Mobile Care (PMC). Based in Utah, PMC serves thousands of residents in over half of the skilled nursing communities across the state. The company offers a full range of mobile onsite preventive and restorative dental care through a professional staff of dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants.

The acquisition represents the culmination of a successful ten-year partnership under which Aria has provided affordable dental insurance to many residents of PMC's client communities. The transaction is the third this year in Aria's ongoing geographical expansion.

With continuity of care as a top priority, Aria will retain Precision Mobile Care's client‑facing team and maintain existing onsite schedules. Current SNF customers will also benefit from access to Aria's trusted vision, hearing, and podiatry onsite service offerings along with expanded insurance plan options. That broader suite will help SNFs in Utah achieve more integrated care and reduce administrative complexity.

PMC will also strengthen operations through Aria's enhanced support in administrative functions, technology, and care delivery. Aria maintains strong medical leadership over its programs through a Chief Clinical Officer and experienced Chief Medical Officers in each specialty.
