ACE HARDWARE REPORTS SECOND QUARTER 2026 RESULTS
- Record second quarter revenues of
$3.0 billion , an increase of 5.9 percent - Record second quarter net income of
$155.6 million , an increase of$36.5 million - Accrued patronage dividend to shareholders of
$142.8 million - Digital revenue increased 12.8 percent from the second quarter of 2025

Total retail revenues from Ace Retail Group, Inc. ("ARG") for the quarter were
Ace added 34 new domestic stores in the second quarter of 2026 and cancelled 17 stores. This brought the Company's total domestic store count to 5,283 at the end of the second quarter of 2026, an increase of 88 stores from the second quarter of 2025.
