Healthline Vets Products Against Medical Research and with Editorial Integrity
Healthline's Medical Standards and Insights team evaluates each product and the company behind it — including product composition, potential for harm, company integrity, transparency around safety and quality, and whether health claims are supported by evidence. Only products and brands that meet Healthline's medical, brand, and content integrity standards move to hands-on editorial testing, with additional criteria applied by category, including supplements and CBD.

Products can earn one of two Healthline Award distinctions:

1. Editor's Pick - Editor's Picks are awarded for category-specific criteria that are the best indicators of quality, transparency, safety, and value. 
2. Best Overall - Healthline's highest honor, awarded to the product that rates highest against Healthline's category-specific review and testing criteria.
