GSV Capital (GSVC) volatility elevated into filing and Facebook IPO

GSV Capital (Nasdaq: GSVC), the stakes it owns in Zynga (Nasdaq: ZNGA), Facebook (Nasdaq: FB), Twitter and 15 other blue-chip venture-backed companies, recently down $2.08 to $16.15 after filing to sell $250M in common stock. Overall option implied volatility of 86 is above its six-week average of 65, according to Track Data.
