Imperial Equities Declares Quarterly Dividend
Edmonton, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - October 1, 2026) - Imperial Equities Inc. (TSXV: IEI), through its Board of Directors, has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share effective Q4 2026, payable on October 30, 2026 to shareholders of record effective October 16, 2026.

This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act.
