Crombie REIT Announces July 2026 Monthly Distribution

New Glasgow, Nova Scotia--(Newsfile Corp. - July 15, 2026) - Crombie Real Estate Investment Trust(TSX: CRR.UN)("Crombie") today announced a distribution of $0.07583 per Unit for the period from July 1, 2026, to and including July 31, 2026.

The distribution will be payable on August 14, 2026, to Unitholders of record as at July 31, 2026.
