SunTrust Robinson Humphrey initiates coverage on Weight Watchers (NYSE: WTW) with a Buy rating and a price target of $90.00.
Analyst Mike Swartz comments "WTW is a leader in the $3B+ U.S. commercial weight management industry. The time-tested system and ubiquity (>30k weekly meetings) make it one of first stops when someone is considering a more structured weight loss program. Over the past 24 months, WTW has undergone a renaissance as a refreshed strategy and new CEO have injected life into a 50+ year old business. We estimate that these changes could ultimately yield a 14-15% revenue CAGR and $5+ in EPS by 2020 (vs. $1.66 in 2017)."
