Susquehanna Starts Dell (DELL) at Neutral

Susquehanna analyst Mehdi Hosseini initiates coverage on Dell (NYSE: DELL) with a Neutral rating and a price target of $120.00.

The analyst comments "Launching coverage with a $120 price target, 1x EV/sales, and complementing existing coverage of HPE, SMCI, NTAP, and PSTG. Dell has the scale, brand, and internal financing arm to scale AI HW for Server/NB applications. However, there are two risk factors that have led to our below-consensus EPS estimates: 1) economics of AI HW remain uncertain, and 2) strategy for scaling AI Services remains unclear. FY26/27 EPS of $8.57/$9.40 vs. consensus of $9.40/$10.87."
